Have you considered WHY it’s important to take care of our bodies?
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says:
It’s super important to understand that our bodies are God’s new temple!
In the Old Testament, God’s temple was a physical place where God’s spirit dwelled, and only a lucky few got to be in God’s presence. But once Jesus died for us and he sent the Holy Spirit to live IN us, God’s temple is now our bodies, and we all have full access to Him and His power! That’s pretty awesome if you stop and think about it.
Do you often struggle with your nutrition?
Have you ever considered these 3 things that constantly work against us as humans?
Do you want to get fit or lose weight but you’re just too afraid to do it?
🔹Are you paralyzed to get started?

Enter the 31 Days of “What’s in Shakeology?” that I created on my Facebook like page (you can find it HERE). It certainly doesn’t cover them all, considering that there are 70 super foods, but it’s a start. I thought it would be helpful to have them all in one spot and others agreed, so here you go… Continue reading

Often times life can be going along just fine, and then without any warning, it happens: a struggle we didn’t see coming. One that flips our world upside down and makes us reevaluate what’s important. I like to think that I’m a pretty optimistic person and one that tries to find value in every situation, so when I had a life-interrupting struggle last year, I looked for meaning. This story is about how my struggle became a rescue mission. A time when God rescued me from myself and returned me to the life He intended for me. Continue reading
