Over the past few months, I have been becoming more and more interested in the ingredients in my food, especially those in my daily dose of dense nutrition – AKA Shakeology. I’ve been drinking it for close to 2 years now, and while I have been able to talk about how it has so drastically changed the way I feel, I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what was it in that made the difference.
