I get asked this all the time. What is a fitness challenge?
A fitness challenge includes a group of people dedicated to getting healthier and fit over the course of a specified time. Challenges are online and can last anywhere from 3 weeks to 3-months depending on the program and commitment by all members.
In all of our fitness challenges, you will get access to over 50 complete workout programs (over 600 workouts) on Beachbody On Demand. These programs range from 21 days to 30 days to 60 days and even 90 day programs. I will help you decide which exercise program is right for you to start with based on your current fitness level and your interest. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked out a day in your life or if you’ve exercised every day for years…there IS a program for YOU!
For the challenge you’ll get:
